Preview; Father Nation podcast

A VPN is an essential component of IT security, whether you’re just starting a business or are already up and running. Most business interactions and transactions happen online and VPN

I recently recorded a podcast for the fantastic US-based Father Nation show. The show is produced by dad of two Jesse Foster and we chatted about various aspects of fatherhood such as; what I find great about being a stay at home dad, where I get parenting tips and support from and what advice I’d have for other dads.

The full show won’t be broadcast until Wednesday, 25, February. Jesse has, however, put together a short, three-minute preview.

You can listen to it by clicking on the YouTube link above. During the preview you can hear me reminiscing about the time I realised my firstborn was light sensitive, why she wouldn’t sleep with a light on in the room and what this taught me.

Personally, I think it’s worth listening to simply for the background music. It’s a superb choice.

I hope you like the preview and please do listen again on 25 Feb when the whole interview will be broadcast (I will let you into a secret; I do talk about my book, but promise I keep it brief!).

I am linking this to the Loud ‘n Proud linky that was hosted by the Mumofthreeworld blog. Why? Well recording this podcast was great fun and I’m proud of the results! Click on the badge below to visit the linky.

  1. Imagine my embarrassment when I tried to link your guest blog about a tax break for parents on Facebook, and discovered I had accidentally linked this post about men not being able to gestate and lactate!

    I know…right…egg…face…covered!

    Then I found this…

    http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2015/02/supreme-court-lets-stand-ruling-that-firing-woman-for-breastfeeding-not-sexist-because-men-can-lactate/

    Jaw…floor…hitting!!!

    1. Ah ha, yes, the old incorrect link trick. Done that myself actually. Tweeted a restaurant review into the twittersphere when it was supposed to be one of my blog posts, doh.

I have read the other story and I have to say, I never knew men could lactate! I may have to amend my blog’s strapline.

      Thanks for commenting and sharing.

  2. Go you! You and your blog have achieved some amazing things lately and you have every reason to be proud!
Thanks very much for linking with Loud ‘n’ Proud (yours is the first ever post linking which is ACTUALLY loud!).
