Our Easter holiday craft project
One thing has kept Helen and I busy over the Easter holidays: a craft project that involved making a paper mache dragon. The finished item was so colourful I simply had to share a few images of it!

I have a question. How much time do you spend doing arts and crafts with your children?
My wife and I have made an interesting observation regarding our youngest daughter, Elizabeth. It seems that she is following the path of a diverse range of individuals that includes; Barak Obama, Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts, Winston Churchill, Neil Armstrong and, ummm, Melinda Messenger.
If you have young children, I am going to guess they are probably impatient. I don’t know about you, but I seem to spend a lot of my time encouraging my kids to be patient and accept they can’t have everything immediately.
Just below is a picture recently drawn by our eldest daughter, Helen. It was something she drew around the time of our wedding anniversary because she wanted to mark the occasion. I love the picture because it is typical of the type of the way Helen draws. She takes great pride in drawing love hearts
