Over the past couple of years, I’ve developed a real soft spot for the Movember charity. It’s annual moustache growing antics have become a well-established fundraising venture, just like Children in Need or Comic Relief.
As I get older, I’ve become much more aware of mental health issues. Part of the reason for this, I think, is that I’ve seen the impact on families when a mum or a dad develops a mental health condition.
I’ve been getting a little introspective recently. I’ve been looking at my life in an attempt to decide how many social connections I have and how strong they are.
I’ve had something of a crazy week, flying out to Melbourne in Australia on Monday and landing back in the UK yesterday. While down under I visited the infamous lanes of Melbourne, many of which have been given over to graffiti artists.
