Right guys, I’m struggling. I’m having a bit of a tough time feeding Izzy.
One of the finger buffet meals I created for Helen and Izzy. Izzy will eat fruit and veg all day long, but try to getting her to eat a hot, main course is a challenge.
For a little while now, I’ve been busy, behind the scenes, overseeing a number of technical changes to dadbloguk. I’ve also been working on getting a new logo created.
Yes guys, dadbloguk has grown up….but only a little bit.
Last Friday, my evening got off to an inauspicious start. I did the school run, said goodbye to the kids and then bolted off to Central London where I was meeting Mrs Adams ahead of the Vuelio Blog Awards. It was a big night as I was a finalist in the Best Dad Blog category.

Well this is interesting. It seems this lil’ ol’ daddy blogger has made it on to the shortlists for the 2016 Brilliance in Blogging Awards!
Thanks to everyone that voted for me in the #BiBs2016. May I trouble you for one more vote please?
Left to right, Darren Coleshill of OneDad3Girls who was a finalist in the social media category of the BiBs, me, finalist in the family category and Julian Boffin finalist and winner in the writer category.
I’ve scored the hat trick; I’ve attended and survived my third BritMums Live. For me, this year’s conference was a really interesting experience because I actually knew loads of real human beings who were going. Sure, I met loads of mum and dad bloggers that were new to me, but having attended twice in the past, the number of individuals I genuinely knew in real life was well into the double figures.
