Welcome to Dadbloguk.com. It’s written by me, John Adams, a dad of two young daughters: Helen and Izzy. In an unusual move, I’m their main carer and run the household while my wife works full-time. This blog charts my journey as a man who has made this lifestyle choice.

You will find me blogging and vlogging about all aspects of parenting, fatherhood, lifestyle and family life. I am also a keen photographer and regularly post photographic work on the blog.

I started writing Dadbloguk.com in 2012, just before my second daughter was born. I’m pleased to say I’ve won a few awards along the way (see below) and Dadbloguk.com has featured on Vuelio’s Top 10 UK Daddy Blogger list for several years.
