Q&A with Emily Leary, author of ‘Get Your Kids to Eat Anything’

Is it possible to Get Your Kids to Eat Anything? According to food writer Emily Leary, there’s not a secret, but there is a method to encouraging your children to eat a wider variety of foods. In a few days time, she’ll publish a book with that very title to prove it.

Proof that men in senior roles can job share

A little while ago I did a little investigating. My aim was to find examples of dads working in senior management at FTSE 100 companies who had taken Shared Parental Leave (SPL). I wasn’t able to find a single example, but the blog post I wrote came to the attention of insurance specialist and FTSE 100 institution Aviva.

Q&A with Jonathan Aspinwall: A part-time, job sharing, adoptive dad!

I recently wrote a blog post highlighting that very few senior managers from the world of business are taking shared parental leave (SPL). While writing and researching that blog post, I was asked if I was interested in a case study involving a senior manager from the BBC who instead went on adoption leave after he and his husband adopted two children.
