The year is 2021. The summer holidays are approaching and by the looks of it, there’s going to be no room at the inn. Instead of booking family holidays overseas, everyone’s booking Air BnB’s and campsites with a passionate fury.
I want you to think for a second about how you look at photographs. I’ll bet when you were a child, you looked at photograph albums but these days you look at images you have saved on devices such as your phone, tablet, home computer and so on.
A couple of weeks ago I posted this picture on my blog, it’s an image I thought encapsulated childhood perfectly. Going through a memory card yesterday, I found this picture, taken during the recent half term. Although technically inferior, I think this image also shows what childhood should be about.
