I can’t believe another year has passed and the #BML16 blogging conference is just around the corner. It’s a particularly special event for me this year as I have, to my great surprise, made it to the finals in the Readers Choice category of the Brilliance in Blogging Awards.
The summer holidays will soon be upon us and many families will be heading off to enjoy the sun in some far-flung, gorgeous location. The Balearic Islands are a popular choice with families. Although I haven’t been for some time, I have visited them in the past.
As a busy father, I lead a very active lifestyle. I am forever chasing after children, tidying up after them or running round town doing errands. You can even find me gardening and doing various home maintenance tasks. When I have the time, I run to keep fit.
When my wife was pregnant with our first daughter, there was one store we repeatedly visited to buy baby products; Mothercare (note the use of the word “we”, it is relevant). I think the same could once have been said for many couples, it being such a well-known name on the high street.
