Just the other day I was and asked if I would take a look at Boots’ Back to School wall chart. I was told it would feature hints and tips for keeping healthy over the winter school term.
When I got around to having a look I was pleasantly surprised because many of the hints and tips had been provided by parent bloggers. Those that hadn’t come from parent bloggers were written by Boots’ personnel so you’d hope they knew what they were talking about!
The hints and tips cover many of the everyday health issues that face families with young children. These include; keeping children hydrated, how to treat bruises, dealing with head lice and so on.
You won’t be surprised to hear it also highlights various products that can be used to treat day-to-day childhood ailments such as:
- ·        Hot/cold compress for bumps and bruises
- ·        Antiseptic wipes
- ·        Head lice shampoo
- ·        Thermometers and
- ·        Blister plasters for those new school shoes (this came as quite a revelation to me, I didn’t know such a thing even existed!).
