Fighting fatigue with Energex Plus

A VPN is an essential component of IT security, whether you’re just starting a business or are already up and running. Most business interactions and transactions happen online and VPN

The demands of keeping a household running do, on occasion, leave me feeling tired and fatigued. It’s not a constant problem, but it is something I have to deal with from time to time.

I know I’m not alone in this. It’s something all us mum’s and dads have to contend with.

Energex Plus, Healthspan
Introducing Energex Plus from Healthspan

Over the next few months I am going to be trying out a range of health supplements from Healthspan to see how I get along.

I’m a firm believer in a good diet, exercise and having a positive mental attitude. Even so, every  now and again a little help doesn’t go amiss, especially if there’s some additional pressure on the family for some reason.

Throughout April I have been using Healthspan’s Energex Plus supplement. If ever there was a time to put such a supplement to the test, this was it. Part way through the month I found myself making a brief visit to Australia.

Healthspan, Energex Plus, tiredness, fatigue, health
Here is one of the Energex Plus pills in all its glory.

I initially thought jetlag, combined with two entire days flying within a week would wipe me out and I’d need the supplements. To my surprise this didn’t turn out to be the case. Instead it was the days leading up to my departure that Energex Plus proved its worth. I was burning the candle at both ends, keeping the household running during the school Easter holidays while also preparing for my trip. Travelling 11,000 miles was the easy bit!

The Energex Plus pills are designed specifically to assist with fatigue and tiredness while keeping you alert and awake. You can take one or two pills every four hours, but should not take more than six in any 24 hour period.

The pills come in handy tear-off strips so you can carry a day’s supply with you. On the subject of the pills, just be advised they are quite sizable, although this is not unusual for supplements.

Energex Plus contains a host of ingredients renowned for their health-giving properties including guarana, ginseng, folic acid and several B vitamins that help with reducing tiredness and fatigue. That, however, isn’t all. Energex Plus also contains caffeine and taurine to help keep you alert (taurine is also an antioxidant).

The big question,  of course, is whether this stuff is any good. To give myself a little pep and keep me going, I’ve found it very effective indeed. The balance has been good; it’s not left me bouncing off the walls like a strong coffee. Instead it’s left me that bit more alert and ready to deal with what the world throws at me.

Energex Plus is available from the Healthspan website. At the time of writing, a one to two month supply of 60 tablets will set you back £10.95.

Compared to rivals it is cost effective. If all you need is a little lift from time to time, this supplement could be right for you.

  1. These sound like just what I need at the moment. Have also been burning the candle at both ends..

I often find when I am feeling like this, my Iron levels are also dipping, so I have to go back on the nasty tablets!

  2. I’m always uneasy about this sort of thing, but the fact that these contain so many natural products makes me quite interested in these for when I’m burning the candle at both ends.

    1. A fair point. My response is “always use responsibly”. I think you have to combine this kind of supplement with a healthy diet and exercise.

    1. Give them a shot Tom. I think you may find they help you out during the working day (although us dads are never not working, hey?).
