Yes, that is Craig from Big Brother 1 wearing a Heat Holders hat. I once met him on a cruise liner. Lovely chap as it happens but it's got nothing to do with this review.

With winter on the horizon, I was once again contacted by those lovely people at Heat Holders. I’ve previously written about the company’s incredibly warm socks, this time it was hats. Oh, yes, also leggings which were a bit tricky for me to try out but there you go.

Let’s start with men’s hats. With a lovely fleecy lining, the hats are very warm. They’re made of a polyester / acrylic mix so easy to wash and dry. One of these items will set you back £10. Not the type of thing you’d wear to a formal event, but they will keep you warm. There is also a range of hats for women.

As for the leggings, they’re not the type of thing you’re likely to see me wearing! As you might expect, they’re made from a range of man made fibres and they certainly look like they’d be very warm. At £8 a pair they won’t break the bank.

You will find Heat Holders products in a range of outlets including Debenhams, House of Fraser, Fenwick and T.K. Max.
